Clarion Inn Cranberry Township

Smoking in rooms. Too much smoke coming from other rooms into mine. Staff unfriendly.

The breakfast was great and they had plenty of room for my 26ft Uhaul truck/trailer. The bathrooms were well organized and clean.

The receptionist was a little rude seemed annoyed I was taking some of her time. The carpets are old and seemed dirty - time to replace!

Seems like they have been working on the kitchen / bar area for a long time.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the hot breakfast was good!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good, combination of hot and cold foods. Beds are comfy. Room was very clean. Common areas were clean.

Toilet was not bolted down. Microwave plate did not spin, didn?t heat food evenly because of this. Fridge kept things just barely cold.

The professionalism of the entire staff, the great breakfast selection, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel as a whole

Location is hard to beat. Many good food options nearby. Bar/grill on site, very reasonable prices. Hardly anyone here

Room had strong smell of sweat and body odor. Old carpets. Aging property in need of major updates next 2-3 years, unless it wants to remain as a budget option. Renovate first floor and charge more for premium, updated rooms.

Staff was not useful. Heat/cool was not working. Pillows were old and bad.

Being handy caped the room was the The furthest from the lobby and they would give me nothing closer

A request for a room close to disabled parking was made 4days prior to check in the reception staff did not adhere to the humanitarian request instead Room was farthest.

Bed was comfortable. Room was nicely laid out. It had a couch.

Toilet was loose and dripped constantly. Tub had little water pressure. There was dust visible.

Comfy room and resturant/bar in hotel...also restorants next door

Good location in terms of of lots of suburban retail and dining nearby, and easy highway access that gets you downtown in 20 minutes.

The hall and room smelled of a mixture of mildew, mold and cigarette smoke that seemed embedded in the walls. The doors slam very loudly. The whole place is very dated and feels more like a 2 star motel.

My room smelled like an ashtray. I was told that people stand outside and smoke and it came through my AC vent. 2 homeless guys tried to get in my room.

Room, Location, cleanliness, breakfast were all perfect for this price point, thanks.

Old toilet continuously runs. Stains on couch. Fridge didn¿t work. Doors slam. Room 160

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner.

Always my go to in the Pittsburgh area. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, excellent value!
