- Honestly they had a sewer smell the whole time we were there. The parking lot is a shit show and needs to be redone asap.

- When I arrived to check in the receptionist, Madeline, was very warm and friendly as well as professional. The restaurant staff was accommodating with my takeout order, and the food was very good.The shuttle service was great to and from Pittsburgh Airport.

- There was no hot water for the shower in the morning. I told the a.m. receptionist, and she just said that they had a service maintenance person working on it. No apology and she did not look at me when checking me out and seemed preoccupied.
