Very friendly and efficient staff, wonderful room, great bathroom layout, great beds and also breakfast

Not really

Elevators were having issues that we discovered after checking in. Had to make multiple trips up and down the stairs with heavy luggage and with my mother who has mobility challenges. Downstairs bathroom was out of order and multiple other issues too.

the desk lamp in the room was defective and kept flickering. Talked to front desk and they got another one from another room.

Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom.

They did not require people to wear masks in the lobby and public areas. The person who maintains the pool was everywhere unmasked. He said it was his constitutional right. Masking has nothing to do with the constitution, it is a public health imperative.

Very clean -- room as well as lobby, dining room, etc. Friendly helpful staff.

Pretty standard room. Although the television could've been a little bigger everything else seemed pretty great

Broken heater that made noises every single hour on the hour. Very annoying. Hope they get that fixed

Clean, close to our destination, breakfast was very delicious, beds were comfortable and the shower was awesome.

The gym was small, I wish it had a stand-up bike not the recumbent bike, but that is just a personal preference.

The price was affordable. The dinning area was very nice and clean.

Housekeeping left a bag of trash in the room from the previous customers. The pool temperature was cold. Breakfast food ran out before the serving time was over. The money I saved on the hotel I spent on tolls going to and from the hotel.

Very clean, comfortable bed, comfortable area, nice pool & has to be the best free breakfast I've ever seen at a hotel...nothing you could want for breakfast that wasn't on that buffet (except pancakes but they had waffles& french toast &anything else

The room was nice, beds comfortable, the breakfast buffet was excellent. We liked the downstairs social area for visiting with friends.

Not enough parking spaces. The hotel was sold out and not a single parking spot was available. Had to park at the Credit Union and walk to the hotel. The hot food was far below average. Only good food was fresh fruit and boxed cereal.

The easy and fast check in. The breakfast area and selection was good also.

The breakfast area was full and no empty seating and had to wait, due to large amount of guests visiting. Suggest creating an overflow area cor such events.
