Very clean, awesome breakfast, and very friendly staff

Our room didn't cleaned as it should have, and why on earth is Hilton using single ply toilet paper

The fact that I was told the room I got was handicap accessible. Maybe partially but most if it wasn't. Bed was to high and receptionist said the beds are not as high as the normal ones. Had a hell of a time getting daughter in bed and other things.

The employees were very nice and the breakfast is more than adequate

There was a large crack in the ceiling of our room, and there was coffee spilt on the stand between the beds

Easy to get to. Proximity to many stores and restaurants. Plenty of parking.

Matteress need to be updated. Bathroom needs to be updated.

Nice hotel with well-appointed guest room and comfy bed.

Bathroom towels were thin from much laundering, dingy and gray. Not what I have come to expect in a Hampton Inn.

Good location. I like the Hilton brand.

The previous guests' trash was left in the bathroom trash can. Yuck! This made us wonder if the bathroom (and entire room) had been cleaned. We believe (hope) it was. All good.

The continental breakfast was one of the I have sever had! The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

Breakfast was great and had a wonderful staff member that was friendly and accommodating.

Drapes in room were broken.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The courtyard is a pleasant place to sit. Wine and cheese at cocktail hour was a nice touch.

The lobby needs a major face lift and the rooms look old and worn as well. I was surprised at how little the lobby felt like an historic Charleston hotel, neither coming off as updated or classic. Just worn out and depressing.

Convenient to location I needed to access the next day Wall mounted thermostat unit to access a higher temperature since it was so cold outside Extra blanket in closet was a real nice bonus.

Mattress very worn Thin walls - could hear someone snoring!

Clean, stocked, newly decorated. Night manager double checked for 1st floor room and gave us the last one. We really appreciated his help. Recommended a restaurant, gave us directions...just a very helpful young man.

Cleaning lady ignored "Do Not Disturb," knocked aggressively, opened the door and started into pur room as my husband was coming out of bathroom. Complained to manager...meh.

The lady doing the continental breakfast did a great job! She was very nice. And the hotel is clean!

There needs to be end tables on both sides of a bed!

Staff were great. Pool was open. Close to Route 80.

Room darkening window shades that didn’t block HVAC unit; plentiful comfy bed pillows; comfy mattress; plenty of towels in the bathroom

Incomplete TV operating instructions required a call to the front desk

It was just okay

Yes from front desk they directed me straight down the hall, only to find my room was last room from back entrance door.Trash was piled up at this door both days. Breakfast was not ready a denoted time. I had expected more for this amount of money.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, delicious oatmeal

I stay here every time I visit my daughter at college. They remember me every time. They do anything to accommodate you.
