Quality Inn Clarion

Wallpaper was hanging off the wall in room. Fan on air conditioner and heat did not work. Carpet in room was terrible. Ketchup splatter on night stand. Toilet would not quit running, had to fix that in middle of night. Noise level from outside was loud.

Hardworking staff. I had a very restful and restorative stay. Hilton quality at a Super8 price.

The pool was painted green. After Trump's folly at the reflecting pool, I was reluctant to get in, but once I did, it was fine.

This is an older hotel and for its age is adequate for a road hotel if you are looking for a clean, safe place.

Very nice room, and a discount was given to us since we had a power outage and my partner uses a C-PAP machine. We needed electricity for him to sleep.

Checkout was at 11am. Cleaning personnel came to our room at 10:25am, knocked on the door and before I could answer the door, they started coming in. Neither one of the 2 cleaning personnel spoke English. We did NOT checkout yet.

Put in a pet friendly room that has been damaged by a previous guest. It’s an insult to responsible pet owners. Ridiculous to pay extra for probably the worst room

We had a trip planned it was me and my family. Everyone came down with the flu and my 6 year old have double pneumonia. They wouldn’t refund it even give me a credit to go a different time. I’ll never book with this hotel again.

Great hot breakfast. My room was brand new king. Bathroom was beautiful. Nicest room I've ever had at a budget hotel.

I love this hotel, actually has breakfast and the stafdfis nice. Very clean I was so suprised that i had to ask for the manager to compliment .

Towels old and yellowed, pool water looked dirty, location was dark and scary getting from main road to front of hotel at night

Room smelled like smoke and linens were busted (cigarette burns in them).

Room 219: 4 sockets did not work, lightbulb in lamp burned out, tub did not drain, Wifi didn't work; asked for 1st floor & told unavailable, although almost empty parking lot. This is a 1.5 hotel. at best.

Your map took me to the wrong location. In a town with only 2.5 star hotels you put me in one that does not deserve more than one star.

The Breakfast , it?s the same over and over , I stay their often and it?s always the same , this time it was cold , no jelly , no juice it was just not acceptable!

The bed was the only thing that was ok about the hotel. It was comfortable.

The pool was so murky you couldn?t see the bottom, the shower had permanent dirt and stains that were questionable. The bathroom door and the lamps were all damaged, the phone was filthy. The breakfast was awful, I would add more but out of space.Terrible

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, I didn't sleep well at all; there was a lightbulb missing from one of the lamps, two lamps were unplugged, and there were burn holes in the comforter. The parking lot was a sheet of ice, too.
