  • The staff really needs some help. Very unprofessional. I was called ?babe? & ?ma? by multiple staff members. I stood at the counter for 5-6 minutes before anyone greeted me. Staff does not have any phone etiquette either.
  • Dirty, moldy, toilet rocked. Old food left in freezer and in bed side table.... NOT OURS. said it had a couch it did not had a beat up chair.. said to have a indoor pool but failed to mention it was closed. Had very unhappy kids.
  • Asked for rooms side by side they were on different floors

There was no shower curtain in the bathroom. Upon checking in, another customer and I had to wait for someone to come to the front desk
