- Location,price
- The price. The room was clean.
- The rates are incredible low.

- The room that we stayed in is in dire needs of repair.
- Dirty, smelled bad, mold in the coffee maker
- Maintenance needs improvement. The towel bar was coming off the wall. The outside door had large gaps. A coat of paint on the bathroom and outside door would look good. The fridge had annoying hum. The mattress is definitely ready to be replaced.
