- The staff was very nice, animal friendly and clean
- Entered hotel, must have had a water leak, dryers running in the lobby, wasn't given a key to our room because key maker was down had to be let in room every time by hotel staff. Kind of inconvenient.
- Very welcoming, professional, clean and beautifully decorated! The only Hampton Inn that was serving cookies and the view of the mountains was spectacular!
Cons -
- The rear doors do not have an auto open feature. When wheeling a luggage cart and carrying items, it's difficult to also hold the door open and pull the cart through
- Would be nice if papers were available again.
