FRIENDLY POLITE COURTIOUS STAFF.

THE AIR CONDIDTIONOR IN OUR ROOM WAS CONDTROLLER BY A MOTION SENSOR. DURING THE STICKY HUMID NIGHTS WHILE WE WERE SLEEPING THE UNIT WOULD NOT DETECT ANY MOTION AND SHUT OFF. MY WIFE AND I WOULD WAKE UP HOT, SWEATY, AND STICKY EVERY NIGHT WITH NO AC.

I like that the room had a refrigerator and a microwave. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant served some good food and the drinks were great.

I wish they could post a sign with the name of hotel on it for everyone to see.

This hotel was open for buisness.

The room was dirty. The cooling system was so loud Turing off and on we were woken up every 30 min or so. The elevators were adjacent to our room, and they ring loudly every time someone calls the elevator. It was an over all terrible experience.

The hotel was filthy! They changed my room 3 times each time they changed my room the bathrooms had mold ,urine was all over the toilets, hair all over the floors and beds I was handed cleaning supplies to clean my own bathroom and change the shower line

I did not like the GM knocking at my door saying he smelled smoking coming from my room when we don't smoke.

There were stains on the rug in my room, they had been cleaned but they were the first thing i notice when i walked into room.

The hotel met our requirements and the staff was very helpful

The hotel was listed as located in Bethlehem but actually is located in Easton, Lehigh Valley. We had to do extra driving from our event to the hotel because of the location designation.

Elegant, geared for business travelers. Very clean. Good staff and service.

No free coffee in lobby. Location is in an area that is desolate on weekends, in a business park. Nothing around but one restaurant. Expensive, mediocre looking breakfast buffet.

Absence of free 24-hr coffee,tea bags and hot water in lobby because of presence of "Bistro" bar/snack facility near lobby.Such an upscale place should not do this, when lower-tier places all offer lobby coffee,tea bags and hot water 24/7

Staff was unbelievably helpful on a number of occasions including getting some food near their closing time... Rooms were awesome. Had out two grandkids with us... and they loved their food and bed too! A++. Really an awesome stay. Craig & Brenda W.

For the price I would have expected the room to be bigger. Also the lack of a buffet style breakfast.

The furnishings, newness, breakfast staff, restuarant near by, extra outlets, and price.

However, after finding it on line for $--- I called and they would not book it for me at that price. So I booked it on line and saved myself $10. That covered brea

Great room layout, comfortable bed, fridge, 24-hour coffee/hot water, size of the room, location of hotel, very new.

The room looked as if it was just refurbished. Comfortable and very clean. Just off the main highway and easy to get to.

The people at this hotel was very pleasant and helpful.

Unfortunately there were a lot of baseball girls players with their parents who were very noisy. They were placed all around. In the future they should just placed them on one floor for just them.

Restaurant options in the lobby. Nice welcoming lobby to sit...
