Breakfast was good

There was a parking lot fee that was refunded but had to call because my itinerary said free parking. However I was told that it was charged to every guest even if they did not have a vehicle which is absurd. Also construction upstairs was loud.

Room size. Hot breakfast.

Staff at front desk. No blackout curtains.

I did not like the fact that I traveled with childern amd booked 3 rooms. I also called the hotel to confirm we could get connecting rooms, or even rooms on the same floor. They did the opposite, they put us on different floors far from each other.

The pool was so over chlorinated it burned your eyes entering the pool room. The actual hotel room was dirty, and the bed felt like a brick!

The front desk receptionist are soooo nice and accommodating!! Tiana and I didn?t get the 3-11pm receptionist name but they were all very helpful and friendly and anything I needed it was promptly delivered!!

Only that there were no cushions for the outside patio, the garbage needs more regularly pick up throughout the day and fresh cold water in the downstairs dispenser

Front desk attendant was professional, friendly, and very efficient. Facility was clean breakfast was well done. Very good experience.

Breakfast was poor,layout of rooms with only one elevator was planned poorly,found roach in room.

Quiet, conveniently accessible location; layout and appointment of suites; ample parking; courtesy and helpfulness of staff; insulation from sounds made by other guests in adjacent rooms; convenient disposal of trash or recyclables; adjacent strip mall.

The last time I stayed at this hotel, there was a lamp on the desk in the suite. This was not the case on this visit.

Great Location

Great Location, but there were several issues with my room - including the heating/cooling source & internet issues almost daily.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean. The checking in and out process was fast.

Its proximity to Lehigh University, the layout and appointments of the suites (especially full service kitchen), breakfast, and tranquility.

Given the location of our room, the shortest path to the lobby involved leaving the building.

Very clean and professional staff.

We were sent to the wrong room. Our key was not unlocking the door. Then a gentleman opened the door and we realized that we were given the wrong room. Also we could hear our next door neighbor snoring.

I can not praise the staff enough, they were attentive and alway s pleasant.

Room had a leak and wet carpet Very thin walls and noisy. Could hear everything in other rooms and above Staff did offer us to switch rooms, but we could not based on time contraint to make it to a prior engagment.

Rooms were great

Bad part of the hotel too much chlorine in the indoor pool. I am have epilepsy and I couldnt enjoy the indoor pool with my family.

convenient location to allentown, bethlehem and Easton PA Nice reception area, nice employees, decent free breakfast. Our room was a handicap room, it was giant with a nice kitchen. The bed was comfortable.

They only gave us 3 pillows on our king size bed.

Late staff was unpolite when asked for help with room that had a severe smell of mold and never suggested to change room. Very Ignorate and unprofessional...

Clean, nice people, large room, breakfast

Check in staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room smelled awful. Like dog urine covered up by cleaning products. Opening the windows helped a bit, but the next morning when we left for breakfast and came back into the room, it was clear we had just gotten used to it, because it was even worse.

dirty rooms, moldy shower curtains, rooms smelly. Poor hotel management, they will double check in so strangers will barge into your rooms, stay away at all costs! Poor breakfast options.
