Hampton Inn & Suites Bethlehem

Location was perfect for my needs.

The hotel was definitely not full. I was put on the first floor right near an exit, so people were coming and going well into the night and the door slammed. Also, I have high school students in the adjoining room. It was very loud!

First, the hotel is hidden from the roadway and signage is very poor. If it wasn't for GPS I never would have found this place. 2nd, there was a loud sucking sound above us on the roof from a siphon system. Kept us awake all night. Never stopped.

Absolutely no negatives at this hotel. For the star level, it was better than I expected.

The woman that checked us in was extremely pleasant and helpful. She definitely meets the service with a smile that the hospitality industry is usually lacking. The morning staff was equally pleasant. Breakfast was well stocked had a variety of option

The room was a little bit run down and could use a refresh.

The woman who checked us in. I wish I would have looked at her name. She was fun, friendly, and helpful. She directed us to a really great restaurant and with all my questions, never made me feel like I was a bother.

The hot foods were not to hot; more like lukewarm, but the selection of other food was good.

The floor in my bathroom was dirty and the pipes in the tub rattled/gurgled constantly. This was very disappointing!

Cleanest hotel and room we started in since Covid started. Prior places seemed to have staffing issues. Very nice suite with private king bed room with extra tv. Spacious living room to watch the big game! Nice full size kitchen- everything but a range.

Led fluorescent style lighting in the bedside lamps. Too bright

Sheets not changed in room 1 or 2, Room 3 dirty washcloth left in shower and no TP left in bathroom. Told that someone would clean shower and bring TP when we went to dinner. No one did. Floors filthy (white socks). Nasty place despite ratiing.$--!!!

It was close to where we needed to be and quiet.

Cold/old coffee in the lobby, no working ice machines on floors, random spider bite and a spider encounter, ice from lobby tasted funny, too expensive for what they offered.

The amenities in the suite were fabulous. Lots of closets. Door to bedroom area. Two TV's, full size fridge.

Water in the shower was luke warm. Worse was that I received no reaction from the front desk when I told them as we checked out.

Bath tub backed up 2x during night. They sent security to check and he cleaned up but did not sanitize the bath tub. Fortunately, my wife brought along Clorox sanitary wipes and we sanitized the bath tub before we would shower.

Our room was not ready ad promised by 3. Also some of the carpet wad wet.

Way too much noise in the lobby and halls. There is a central staircase in this hotel and lobby noise can be heard throughout the 2nd floor. Too bad as the hotel was recently renovated but the noise level kills it for me. I would never go back there.

Clean, clean, clean. Nice bed. Service was cheerful both at night when we checked in and in the morning when we left. Coffee was strong enough.
