Cons -
- We loved everything. Can't wait to go back!!
- I guess I thought I was going to a mansion on a quiet countryside nope not at all main road in busy town the staff were great. We didnt eat at restaurant sorry not paying $30 for pasta or $59 for a steak. Interesting mini menu at the bar. Food very fancy!
- Apparently, there are train tracks nearby and freight trains ran every hour all night long blowing their horns making a good night’s sleep impossible. also sight advertises breakfast included in your stay, didn’t mention that meant, a pear, k-cup and muffin delivered to your door in a basket

Gorgeous building, beautifully renovated. Beautiful bar area with a very nice Happy Hour menu. Food and drinks were delish. The room was immaculate and the bed, sheets and pillows were amazing! Would highly recommend this hotel and would most certainly stay here again!
Very nice and clean, unique historic building

We loved the attention to restoring the beauty of the historical property while incorporating the comfort of modern conveniences. Coupled with exemplary staff service makes the stay an incredible experience for any occasion.
Really enjoyed the ambiance of the property and friendly staff. The room was spacious and very comfortable.
We were signed up for a breakfast basket for two days but only received one on the first day. No elevator was a little inconvenient. Our room was on the third floor. We left a sign on our door for staff to freshen up our room but were disappointed that it was never done. Would be nice to have a check in desk and someone to handle any issues.
It is a beautiful place to stay. The bed, sheets and pillows were super comfortable!
The breakfast was just ok. They brought us muffins, two apples, and orange juice in a basket. They gave us kurig coffee packs but our kurig in our room wasn’t working. One of the staff was able to bring a pot of coffee up to us. It is a high end place to stay. The breakfast should be better.
The room was beautiful and comfortable. I loved the historic charm. Also the staff was very attentive.
Breadfast ..Not impressed.. a basket delivered to the rooml..blue berry muffin, apple. Juice and a cookie.. Loved the staff
The "breakfast" was a muffin, oj apple and split a cookie...arrived in a basket (that was cute).. Would be nice to coffee available ..
Great renovation... a classic building.
The breakfast was a little underwhelming... we were anticipating brewed coffee but when the basked arrived it contained two K-cups. Why bother... we already had those in our room. The pastry was, well, not that geat. Still, we did not stay there for a great breakfast. Most everything else was OK. Suggestion: leave a note about operating the mini-split. WIth no wall stat we did not even notice the well-concealed remote control and the room "slept hot". The vaccuming in the hallway at 8am was not too much of a bother since we were awake.
Gorgeous mansion exquisite suite with the most amazing bed and bedding! Soaking tub was great and happy hour provided great food and prices. A wonderful place!
Train passing by was unexpected but I got used to it!
We loved everything about the mansion. It’s a beautiful place with a wonderful staff and excellent food.
Nothing, it’s an awesome place.

The mansion is absolutely gorgeous, all the amenities were great. You can tell the people who work there love this place. The breakfast delivery to your door in a sweet basket was the cap on the stay.
New amenities but mixed so well with the acent on the history & craftsmanship of a classical time
All good & will return
I liked the crisp white sheets and robes. The staff was the friendliest I’ve met at a hotel and the sentence about the history of the room was bonus. Huge walk in shower and towel heater were decadent.
Privacy in bathroom - I couldn’t reach the shades and the shutters didn’t close properly. Upgrades would have been a magnifying mirror and bidet. The breakfast pastries were not good, and needed some protein. Even a small bistro table (even fold out) would have been more comfortable for eating.
The double room we stayed in was beautiful and quite accommodating, especially the heavenly beds! The breakfast basket was a very nice touch, The orange juice was delicious.
Upon arrival there did not appear to be a designated check-in location. We were unsure if we were at the proper entrance but After a few minutes we were pleasantly greeted by Lou. Some type of signage would be nice. I did mind the 3 flights of steps to room 300 although I understand the challenges of a historical building.
