New. Staff was ver friendly.

Had to drive to get food. Nothing in short walking distance.

Very clean with nice amenities. Excellent stay especially for the price.

The a/c unit was finicky and would turn on the heat if you turned up the temperature. It kept us up during the night while we tried to adjust it.

Great staff!

Breakfast was good with a nice variety of food. Room was clean and spacious. It is in a great location and close to all major roads.

Breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful. We also had a minor problem with the rooms mini fridge which was resolved in a very friendly and patient manner by the desk manager.

The room was clean, bathroom had a nice shower and the service desk personnel was very polite and helpful.

Pitiful

It was dirty, smelled like smoke, and I cried when I saw my room considering what I paid. How could they possibly justify what they charged. The website and pictures were extremely misleading. It was worse than a cheap motel. Well I learned from this. I will physically look at the place before paying anything! It's just sad. Dirty carpets, depressing place. They charge what a fancy hotel would charge. Well we didn't even stay the night. We didn't even care if we had a place to stay at this point. Just awful!!!

They said we had a queen suite but the beds were clearly full size. See picture below. My 17 year old niece and 9 year old son just fit

A smooth and welcoming checkin. The hotel was attractive and immaculately clean throughout; pleasant seating area in the lobby. Bed and pillow extremely comfortable. We’d requested a quiet room and it was wonderfully quiet! The “breakfast lady” was helpful and friendly.

Our room was ADA compatible although we didn’t request that. It was fine, except that the shower curtain didn’t descend far enough and there was a lot of water in the bathroom floor after taking a shower.
