- I always stay at this hotel when I'm in town and it is always clean, the staff friendly and usually within a price range that I'm willing to pay.
- Very friendly and accommodating. Rose the person that was looking after the seating area for breakfast was ever so helpful.

- No microwave in room
- Yes. I tried to check in early (before 3 PM) and was told that I could do so but there would be a $25.00 fee. This is unacceptable to me considering that I spent $--- per night for a room that was outdated and in need of upgrading.
