The location was good and the price seemed reasonable.

The mattress was terrible. The alarm clock on the bedside table threw so much light I couldn't sleep without covering the clock with towels. It seemed like there was no air conditioning in the hallways or elevators. Overpriced breakfast.

Breakfast is not included unless a guest pays some extra charge, which at this price point is ridiculous. For the first time since pre-pandemic, the lobby offered free coffee in the morning (no tea !?!?) but on Sat AM (8:00), the coffee urn was EMPTY.

Rooms were dirty, especially carpeting and chairs badly worn/faded. No outlets for charger on right side of bed. Looks like lamp was replaced with cheaper model without plug.

Someone lied about “breakfast included “. $27.00 for a $10 buffet. You lied when I made the reservation.

The TV didn't work in our room. So, we were moved to another room. The TV worked, but a floor lamp wasn't working, nor, the light between the beds. They were fixed upon request. These should be checked beforehand. Terrible water pressure in shower!

Close to relatives

Plumbing didn’t work well, clogged sink, shower valve not working. A/C old didn’t work well

Bed were comfortable

It?d be nice if there was some toothpaste & toothbrush & tv is so old fashioned there?s nothing interesting to watch, in my personal experience it?s a little boring place to stay, entire night I was just waiting for the night to be over so I can go home.

The employees were very nice

I could hear the conversation in the room next to me. Thin walls. Housekeeping didn?t clean the room every day-missed 2 days.

A large dog barking constantly for hours till 11:15pm next door. Owners finally came back after leaving unattended. I called the front desk at 10:45pm and was on hold without reaching anyone for half an hour. Finally hung up when they returned.

Friendly staff. On-site restaurant and bar. Location is key. Only 20-minutes from downtown.

The hotel is old and shows sign of wear.

My room has a connecting door to the next room, and I can hear everything through that door. It's quite inconvenient I don't understand why they have a connecting door there

Housekeeper was so rude after i asked they didnt slame doors as i was working nights abd sleeping. They slammed door so hard after i asked it rattled the walls! Ill never stay here again!
