Staff check in did not say hello or acknowledge me. It was late at night. I guess I interrupted their YouTube.

I recently stayed at your hotel. I really liked the location, it was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Pleasantly surprised. Expected an older average room and found the room had been updated, clean, and comfortable. Direct access to dog walk (and wash station) from first floor room.

Cleanliness, comfortable beds, and good breakfast

The hotel was very clean, check in staff was very nice, quick and professional. Bath room was also very clean and properly stocked. Room was very clean and neat and everything in working order and the breakfast selection was very good and plenty to choose

Me and my brother n wife who accompanied me all were very satisfied with everything about the hotel. Absolutely no complaints. W

It was clean and comfortable.

Hard to find with very few signs with the actual name on it. No full-length mirror, commode extremely low to the floor for older and handicapped person.

The beds and breakfast

We did not find the shades for the windows until morning.

Staff was amazing, and beds were comfortable.

However, there were cobwebs in the corner of one wall all the way to the ceiling. Was also expecting breakfast every morning which was part of my budget to stay there and all they had were prepackaged food that tasted like cardboard. No pool either

Some of the staff was excellent.

Had to ask for the maid to clean our room the first night and it still did not get done. The second day we had asked for it to be cleaned again and she shows up at 5:30 (mind you the hotel only had like 10 rooms total that were booked out of say 60 total)

The room was huge, beautiful & incredibly clean. The shower pressure very good & housekeeping was awesome about restocking everything & going above & beyond. Breakfast AMAZING & there was always hot coffee & tea & lemonade. Great pool too!!!

How close it was to my destination the next morning.

The staff were horrid. Very rude. I had to wait twenty plus minutes just to be checked in. Then the staff member was extremely rude and gave me a room I did not ask for. My experience was not good.

I went to an event and it was a decent driving distance from my event. Experience would have been better I think if it was not for the big road constructon project at that exit.

Breakfast looked and tasted like I was eating powdered eggs. In the 4 mornings, I could only eat the meat once. The other three times, looked terrible. Staff, room service was decent. Front desk, mmmmmmm, they need training on being cordial.

Stayed in a pet friendly room (awesome) but it sure did smell like someone had used ALOT of febreeze.

Lots of construction workers staying here. Tracked mud all over. carpets were dirty.

we've stayed here a few times before and always had a pleasant experience.

The lady that checked us in was more like a warden .Had family come to visit and she was hovering. We weren't loud or disrespectful.There 5 kids and I thought that they were pretty well behaved.She acted like a teacher with a very rowdy class.
