For what I needed the location was great.
Even though the room was very dated, it was well kept. Had no problem with cleanliness. Internet was the best I have had at a hotel EVER and probably the best TV package for Channel Selection.
manager came to my room to help with the cable remote

Cons -

We lost power around 5am, the room dropped into the 50s. There wasn't anyone at the counter to try and get compensation for the inconvenience. Beyond unacceptable.
Needs remodeling severely. For the price it is very old. Flooring was peeling up in the bathroom, air conditioner was super loud, and there was some patio furniture outside the room but it was not going to support my weight so I could not make use of it.
