Whispering Woods Resort

Very clean room.

The hot tub/pool area closed at 6:45pm and did not mention anywhere prior to arrival. The bed was also VERY uncomfortable. Would not have booked if we had known about the hot tub closing time. Last time we stayed here it closed at 10pm.

Nice rooms, easy access for handicapp person, pool and hot tub

It is actually a time share Resort so each room is basically an apartment with washer/dryer, fireplace, balcony, and full kitchen. The grounds were gorgeous and well kept. The pool was open in 30 degree weather in the snow at a warm 84. Staff was great!

Wi-fi went out so we couldn¿t access the streaming services we¿d planned to use to relax an watch Xmas movies in the snow after cutting a tree. Was offered no compensation until I called to complain. Clubhouse and pool/jacuzzi close too early at 7pm!

It was a beautiful room

Well to start the power went out for 3.5 hours and they didn't have generators so we had to sit in the dark. Then when it came back on the wifi was still out for a long time and the cable was not working. The worst, the staff did NOTHING to compensate!!!

Location and rooms. The 2-bedrom apartments are the best! The pool and hot tub are my kids favorite!

No. Loved it all!

Roomy and clean

The pool and hot tub was not available for use. Due to Covid only one family was able to reserve the pool for one hour time slots at a time. During checkin I was handed a website to go to to reserve my pool time and all the slots were booked.

It’s location was excellent.

Thin walls, we could hear neighbors very easily. And also, that it claimed to be a 3 bedroom suite when it only had 2 bedrooms and a fold out sofa in the living area:

Front Desk Staff and Service was great. The Room was excellent, really clean, and the grounds are well kept - very nice place to stay, spacious and comfortable. The entire family had a great time. Our Thanks To Everybody at Whispering Woods!

It was quiet and peaceful.

They could improve on stocking more cooking supplies.

The location is so charming, swimming pool is amazing.

Everything was amazing and clean.

No, nothing! It was beautiful

The vibe

We had a relaxing time in our room.

Outdated facilities. Hot tub...pool ..sauna closed super early. ...... amenities had a charge where it was usually free. Toiletries and clothes soap etc. Should always be free Young girls were nice at the desk, not overly welcoming. .Was different than our last visit.

Pool, hot tub and sauna…

A great choice for families!

A little outdated, but everything was clean and well kept.

Location and amenities were as expected

The front storm/screen door did not close completely upon arrival. Repair was made quickly. However the door is installed in a way that constrains access by not opening wide enough to easily move thru, especially with luggage. This causes strain on the door closer which in turn causes the door to not fully close as well as aggravation for the customer trying to move thru.

Comfortably furnished and roomy.

Hardest mattress I've ever tried to sleep on. No WI-FI the entire time. Staff unable to help fix. No directions for how to use roku TV system.

The scenery was beautiful and very nicely kept up.

My only issue was not giving me a late checkout. I was there for a wedding and I asked when I booked the place for a late checkout, emailed about a late checkout, and talked to them about a late checkout when I arrived. All the times they said “won’t be a issue but you must call the morning of your checkout” Morning of my checkout came and then suddenly it was a issue and couldn’t give me a late checkout. Not very accommodating.

The location was beautiful and peaceful. Great views of this golf course. We had small issue with bathroom toilet and they quickly addressed and fixed it. Spacious rooms with full kitchen, fireplace. Like home away from home vibe. We were given breakfast vouchers to adjacent resort that was a short walk was our room. Beautiful landscaping for walking. Definitely plan to visit again.

I have no negative comments
