Comfort Inn & Suites Tualatin Lake Oswego South

The location is great and I loved that it isn’t next to the highway. We were close to shops and so many food options. Our room was so big and the beds were so comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

The room had a bad smell, needed to keep window open with A/C running. Key card did work after 1st use.

The staff is always the best. They are always so nice and helpful every time we go. This is the 5th or 6th time we've stayed here, and each time the staff have been amazing. Also breakfast is really incredible. A big spread and all so good!

The only small thing was the room was a little musty. We opened the window and turned on the air. No biggie.

The hotel is showing it's age for sure. The air conditioner was really noisy and the bathroom door had chips all over the bottom like it was water damaged at some point. When you turned on the jets of the hot tub there was a really loud kind of howling.

The bed is so comfortable, washroom is clean, staffs are friendly, especially one lady, who prepares breakfast. She¿s so nice. This hotel has free breakfast, gym and swimming pool, basically everything I need and the price is reasonable.

I hope the lighting in the washroom can be more bright.

Rooms was clean and comfortable

They charged an additional fee to ensure we did not damage the room. They said it would be refunded after they made sure there were no damages and it would take about a week for the refund. No mention was made at reservation.

Card scanner horrible, pool cold and hot tub jets not working. The rest of experience excellent, customer service very good

Secure area of the city, good parking, and close to restaurants, groceries.

Very small room, both coffee machines inoperable at breakfast and no hot water either, slow, stone-age elevator.

Location and the room was newly remodeled. Also the free breakfast was excellent

You can hear everything going on in the hallway no matter the time of day so for me sleeping in wasn¿t possible which was the only negative

Everything was so nice and clean. Rooms were great - huge, clean comfy beds. Great accessibility to Portland area. Pool was good for kids, breakfast had lots of options.

The bathroom felt like a cave, a brighter light would help a lot since the doors are dark and the tile work is dark.

Clean and convenient. Staff were very nice.

The only downside was that the vending machine was sold out of drinks.

Clean room. Awesome bed, great sheets. Nice bathroom. Plenty of towels. Just what we needed without anything we didn¿t.

Breakfast left more to be desired. The water from the shower didn¿t have very good pressure.

When asked how I was doing one night on my return, I shared that I was there because my son had a massive cardiac arrest and was in the nearby hospital. Those two young ladies were so considerate, I cannot express my gratitude to them. Thank you again.

Very accommodating staff. Decided to cancel due to snow on the mountain passes, and they were ok with that. An hour later the snow report seemed to improve so called back and they reinstated our room. Very nice!

I’d like more towels and an extra blanket and a softer pillow option.
