- The view was the best part. And the trail
- It's directly on the ocean. Rooms are unique.

Cons -
- Lots of things were out of date in the room. There was a breaker box that was all rusty inside. And there were two couches that were not comfortable to sit in or get out of.
- Being a small hotel, the front office is not continuously staffed. The first number listed on the office door did not answer in an intelligible manner. The second number did help. Room doesn't heat well. Bathroom is tiny and geometrically difficult.
- The hotel room was not clean at all, it felt gross and disgusting. Also the bathroom was incredibly small and you had to sit sideways on the toilet in order to go
