Comfort Inn Columbia Gorge

No hot water shower cold., nothing was refilled during breakfast , syrup out, milk out, forks out, have to wait forever for the waffle maker.

We thought we were getting a king suite with a couch and extra room. Room was small, no couch, and the sink was outside the bathroom. Hated that. Also no waffles for breakfast

Very comfortable bed--I slept very well!!

I thinking odd there is no elevator. But the front desk person changed my room to the first floor, so that helped tremendously!! Thank you!!

The accessibility to the downtown area

Our curtains had blood all over the bottom of them. It was disgusting and we didn?t notice til we were going to bed and didn?t want to have to change rooms.

They originally gave us a room with a king size bed. We asked the front desk to switch us to a room with two queens. They did this. Later, I discovered that they had charged us $30 for the change and never asked us or told us that they would be doing this

Pretty easy on/off highway, staff was friendly.

AC was weak, we were hot with it set to 65

The room was good size with a desk, chair and little table and a good sized tv. The refrigerator and microwave were great with their own little area. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items and was plentiful.

The tv had very few channels and the bed wasn't as comfortable as we had hoped.

Room was extremely small, the smallest I¿ve ever stayed in. It was very difficult with our luggage to get around. For the accommodations, the price point was too high as well.

The front desk clerk was absolutely sooo sweet!! She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! She even offered to make me gluten free cookies. (They give out cookies and I¿m allergic to gluten) We enjoyed our stay and will be back!!

Very clean room. Sheets were tight and neat and smooth and comfortable.

In pet friendly rooms, perfume odor too strong. Please change enzymatic spray to non-scented. I'm a dog owner with asthma when introduced to strong perfume smells.

What I did not care for was the 'perfume-like' spay that is used. I'm guessing it's an enzymatic spray used in dog-friendly rooms (we have a small well-behaved dog). The spray is too strong. Please start using an unscented spray. I have asthma and the spr

The only positive I can cone up with is that the room had air conditioning.

Rude staff, hot tub was dirty, one of myrooms had poop on the side of the sheets, pool was unclean with several unattended children, someone tried to steal our gas in the parking lot. Offered refund for dirty room and couldn't because went through you.

Location was great. Continental breakfast was good.

AC in room didn¿t work, pool was freezing cold, no elevators which sucked with how many bags we had.

Had a great stay, from start to finish. The staff was great, kept the towels changed, had e young kids,went through a lot of towels!. Front desk was friendly. I stay there whenever I¿m in town during the winter.

Their rooms could use some new paint along interior doors. (You can see chipping on painted bathroom door)
