Motel 6 Sutherlin, OR - I-5

The staff were friendly and helpful. The AC worked perfectly.

When we arrived the bathroom floor wasn't swept or mopped well as there was hair in the corners on the floor. The morning we left we found a live cockroach by the door.

There was a gap between the door and wall and you could see right into the room. Had to cover it with a towell.

This was one of the cleanest, most comfortable motel sixes.I think i've ever stayed at steve checked us in without any issues.thank you

Nothing, one of the most quiet, cleanest facilities and just there for our needs!!

Nice big room, helpful friendly staff and they have an elevator! They have a drinking water in the lobby and hot water / coffee in the mornings. We only spent a night but I can see us coming back next time. Thanks for letting the pets to stay for free! We traveled with a small dog and had no issues with other pets in the motel.

The heater was dusty, so we didn't use it. Luckily it was pretty warm inside but I suggest adding some blankets to the room during the winter. Not everyone likes to smell the heated burned air.

No breakfast

Very noisy dogs barking kids screaming couldn't get any rest will not stay again.

There was no breakfast, but we Did get a good recommendation for a place to go...Abby's (?) Pizzaria, which serves a good breakfast on Sundays. The fellow at the front desk was friendly and good. However, the fellow that took over seemed a little frustrated and a bit sour.

The first room we were given was not an ADA room, as asked for. But they accommodated us by moving us from an upper room to I believe it was 109. It still had a tub wall for my almost non-mobile husband to climb over, but at least there were handbars around the interior of the tub; it would have been better if there were vertical handbars on the outside of the tub beside the ends one climbs in on.

Mediocre at best. Last time for Motel 6.

We booked an ADA accessible room, but it wasn’t available when we arrived. Not good when that is what we expected.

Quiet and convenient location

No breakfast offered and staff couldn’t even keep up with coffee or hot water and cups by mid morning. No hair dryer, mini fridge or microwave in the rooms.

It was clean and we could have our dogs for no extra charge the room was big and nice will be staying again

The staff was super nice, that is why we decided to stay there twice at this location, he even let us choose which floor we wanted to stay and facing our so we felt safe.

There are no microwave or fridge in the room but there is one in the lobby which is nice

The price for a night’s sleep was reasonable and cats are allowed.

For the price, it is an acceptable property. They were out of coffee creamer.

Only complaint is that the sound isolation is not best. If you have a noisy neighbors, you can hear the voice quite well...

It was reasonably priced. It was also clean.

The TV did not work in the first room, so they switched me to a new room. The room was clean however there were no toiletries in the room and the box of Kleenex was also missing.

Price reflects what you get, it served our purpose

There was blood stains on one if the box springs which completely ruined my wife for EVER wanting to revisit this motel! Walls were thin and you could here people in hall and adjoining rooms talking throughout the night.
