Hampton Inn Sherwood Portland

Location to our event.

There is no free WiFi which is surprising. Have to sign up for Hampton Honors & could only get access on one device. Not enough garbage cans. There was only 1 in the room & 1 in the bathroom. Both were really really small.

Spacious room with bathroom with bath tub for soaking away the day’s aches from hiking.

Th noisy fan in the bsthroom. Also hard to cool the room down.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating Breakfast was very good Ample amount of Parking spaces available Room was extremely clean Bed was very comfortable

It was conveniently located near our grandchildren...nice neighborhood. The breakfast was certainly ample..nice gym

MUCH too cold in the breakfast room and downstairs hallway;Room was not serviced We got no cleaning service after first night. AND, most importantly, the BATHTUB was VERY SLIPPERY!!!!!! Even with the grab bar, I was quite nervous!!!!

The breakfast is always the same. No bacon or gravy for the bisque's.

Breakfast, booked a king bed .. was taken to one with ADA bathroom.. complained given a room with two queen beds

Very new and very clean

Is right on Hwy 99 so it was also quite loud. Also our room was next to elevator and they had VERY loud music playing in the elevator lobby 24/7. If they have that room (Rm 104) occupied, they music should be turned down atleast during night time hours.

The maid staff manager snapped at me when I opened the door from a deep sleep and my button up shirt came up missing And the front desk day time lady made it sound like she was sure if never get it back. Otherwise nighttime staff was great and lovely

The staff is friendly and accommodating.

The windows don't open and they removed the microwaves out of the rooms.

It¿s clean, close to restaurants and stores.

Dislike that it didn¿t have microwave or fridge in the queen doble beds room.

The hotel is very new, clean & comfortable. Plus it includes complementary full breakfast, Wi-Fi, free parking & a nice workout area with pool.

It¿s right off the highway so you can hear traffic from your hotel room. But that also makes for a convenient location.

There was confusion about our reservations

1/2 mile from friends residence.

Room was small very little Drawer space. Not much else In the area(walking distance)

Spotlessly clean room! Very nice breakfast included. Very good value for such a resort-like motel

The staff was so eager to help that it got a little cringy.

Great bed, great room temperature control and two nice hot breakfasts.

Managers attention was so kind

To close of fast road, was a little noisy at the early morning.

It was close to work

The traffic on 99w was to load
