Decor and room size/layout of the deluxe king room.
The lobby was beautiful. The reception staff were nice and helpful. The room is clean.
The amenities and staff.

Cons -

Breakfast options could be better. Bathroom cleanliness fell short of expectations.
The beds were very, very uncomfortable.
Not a thing! Everything was perfect and far exceeds our expectations! Thank you so much for a fabulous stay!
