They lied to us and said they had a pool and there was construction so muchbwe couldn't enjoy our stay

The room was very large

i was on the third floor with a disability and 2 dogs

The night time desk staff was rude. She acted like we were inconveniencing her to make a purchase of food and drinks. She rolled her eyes and sighed loudly at me when I asked where to find forks for purchase then turned around without saying a thing.

I loved that my room was super clean, modern and well equipped.

I was just a bit disappointed at night, kids were running up and down the halls and I could hear them so clearly. This only happened 1 night though. Also, for the complimentary breakfast, it was decent, but the bread and the bagels were terribly hard.

We had reservation and we went to check in and they said they had over booked and didn't have a room for us :( So we were 3 hours from home & We had to start searching for a room, at 4 PM

Pool and spa not open renovations going on ,elevator closed ,only one stairway open . Housekeeping never showed up at all ! Overpriced for the lack of service .was not told we would be in middle of work zone ! Fumes from paint and glue in room and hotel

Cleanliness

Under construction, was not notified the pool or spa wouldn?t be working, couldn?t enjoy our stay as we booked this hotel for these amenities. Construction and supplies in hallway, walking around a crew sitting on floor as we were leaving to check out

The character and vibe of SCP is quite charming. Friendly staff. Cristina helped me check in amd gave good recommendations for yummy food in the area.

Absolutely nothing

The breakfast was good, and the staff kept it stocked. The room was clean, and the staff was professional. It was a good experience.

I understand, but I wished the pool was a tad warmer. :-)

Quiet, easy to relax and sleep.

The pillows on the bed were terrible!!! I believe it is time to replace them.

The room was great and spacious, pull out sofa bed was comfortable. Breakfast food was excellent with lots of choices. Breakfast room was large and even with lots of people didn't feel crowded. Lobby area was also comfortable and separate from breakfast

Pool was inoperable. This was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Traveling with 3 children, there was also no outdoor space to safely let them run off some energy, especially in light of no pool. Lobby and breakfast room echoed.

Spacious clean room.

Key card for room did not work. Had to return to front desk more than twice regarding this. It was also hard to work the tv. Had to call the front desk for help, so better instructions in the room would have been appreciated.

The room was very clean, usually my socks get black from walking on the carpet but not in this room. The room was very quiet and restful. The breakfast they served was exceptional as well, with the option of chocolate waffles. Very nice!

I can't think of anything I didn't like. This is a very nice hotel for the money.

Decent if small gym. Very good breakfast (for this kind of place). Good, spacious room.

The hot tub was out of order and one has the impression it has been that way for a while. Maybe the hotel should remove that as a listed amenity until it is fixed.

Room was lovely, new , clean and great size

Yes. The pool was not functioning. The laundromat had no soap in dispenser and the dryer also ate my money. ( took the coins and did not count it) We booked a shuttle and the shuttle when we checked was not booked. Our toilet was also broken.

My room stay. Was not extended by Sidney as requested for my 3rd nite.I was left without anywhere to go during fire season. I am pissed. Th e manager was useless and so I WOULD NOT COM E BACK.

Very nice hotel, pet friendly, salt water pool, beverages and snacks for sale, friendly staff, nice room, convenient location, easy parking, plenty of p,aces to eat nearby

Granted we were in a pet friendly room but the carpet had numerous stains. No smell, just a lot of stains. I was worried because my dog kept sniffing around but fortunately is very house trained and didn’t pee.
