Location is good and staff is really friendly. The view and surroundings was nice

The hotel room’s needs to be updated to reflect the price you pay for them. People at the golf course were very rude!! We will not come back.

This hotel is located very close to my daughter.

The price is very high for what you get.The furniture is quite used. On My bed the headboard was worn out . I would not trust the coffee table in the living room, I moved it away from the couch and it felt like it was going to fall apart.

We love the location, junipers, staff and overall presence at Eagle crest!

The room we had was a bit outdated but it looked as though they have been doing some remodeling.

Friendly and helpful staff

Room looked run down. Headboard for beds was damages and needed to be replaced, mold around edge of bath tub, shower curtain torn, rusted soap holder in shower.

The hotel is not near town, its a resort on a golf course - we travel with dogs and love the spacious grounds

Beds are a little uncomfortable

The carpet looked dirty. The toilet was clogged when we got there and nearly backed up to the point of overflow. When I tried to call the office to report this, I found that the house phone was dead.

The room setup was nice for our situation. Having separate room with king bed.

Pool is a drive from the hotel to a separate facility. Bed was old and hard as rock. Very thin blankets. Room was not clean. There was a hairbrush and charger between the night stand and the bed. So clearly was not cleaned.

We had a problem with the Heater in the room. It was stuck on and thermostat did turn off when the temperature hit 70. We had to get up through out the night and turn it off and on

Location

A/C was set on full blast with no buttons in sight to turn down or off, had to unplug from the wall at 2 am when we woke up freezing. Shower head sprayed from all directions except the middle at low pressure, Staff was unhelpful

The amenities

The room was very outdated. It was not very clean looking. Our sheet and blankets for the bed was dingy looked dirty. The sink in the bathrooms overflowed and backed up with dirty, muddy water.

The outdoor pool

Our room appeared to be in disrepair, parts of the baseboard moldings gone, no phone in the room, toilet paper low, tv wires taped and hanging out of the walls. Thinks appeared not very clean.

The location was beautiful for the price.

There were a few issues. The shower nozzle was mostly clogged so only a limited amount of water flowed. The metal soap dish was rusted and rust got into my soap bar. We ate at their steak house and both my husband and I got sick.

I liked that there is so much to do at the resort . Outdoor pool is nice and clean. The property is well cared for..

I liked everything about this resort the price was affordable too

Them giving back us $90 for having such a bad experience at their hotel

Room was supposed to have a jacuzzi tub did not fireplace missing face front tiles busted off in the bathroom. Sliding glass door tracks moldy shower grout moldy bed was on sleepable was wore out into the shape of a horseshoe. Overall bad experience!!

convenience

walls/windows were not well insulated - constant heavy footsteps overhead and windows had ice build up inside room 206 during the cold snap.

It is out of town on a golf course and quiet, beds comfortable.

Rooms are very dated, super basic. No microwave, one desk chair, broken tile and chips in tub, hairs on floor, overpriced. Carpet and bathroom fixtures arr probably original from when this place was built, I'm guessing in the 80's?

This used to be a luxury resort, now it it a mediocre hotel that needs to clean mold problems, have better breakfast, better staff and ne worth the price.

The mold, the dirty towel, the front desk staff, the dirty carpet.

Comfortable beds! Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The setting and amenities were great. They staff was kind and courteous.

It was an older property and had issues related to aging. There were loose and rusting fittings in the bathrooms. The carpet was worn. There were issues with cleanliness.
