The location is perfect the golf is excellent. A little noisey could hear others in the hall.

No, we have been coming here for years, only think is when i booked it the site said total amount due then when i got to the hotel taxes were due. The tax should have been listed in the total due or a statement that taxes due at check in.

Our room was so comfortable, clean and quiet. We love Eagle Crest and the Worldmark there is wonderful. The staff are all friendly.

My husband and I were only there for the weekend, and we had 2 sales people call us wanting us to sign up for their open house for world mark. I would prefer to not have a sales pitch while visiting. When we checked in we were directed to a sales person and she actually told us that she did not recommend the restaurants on the property. She said they were expensive and not very good. I did not feel that it was her decision about what is expensive to my husband and I. She really should leave that up to the guests.

The staff was above incredible. We were evacuated from our home during a wildfire, and it was just what we needed. The facilities were top-notch and clean. The pool was my favorite part.

Coffee was Folgers. That didn't match the facilities whatsoever.

My daughter could only swim in one pool even though she had a swim diaper so I couldn’t get in to actually swim like I wanted to.

Being harassed within minutes of arriving to sign up for a presentation. It caused a lot of stress, then when we decided not to go I got multiple text messages begging us to go. Not what I wanted for our first vacation in years. No better than the "time share vultures" in Las Vegas in my opinion. To put it bluntly, we spent our savings on this trip and your team killed the mood for our 25th anniversary.

Nice location. Room was very outdated and fridge did not work.

Beautiful location. Nice condo. With deck and grill. Nice walking trails around the grounds and down to the river. The kitchen was a nice set up. But no oven in the apartment, but there is one down the hall in the community kitchen.

I wish someone had told us about the community kitchen, especially the use of an oven when we checked in. Or on an information sheet in the unit. I didn’t find out about the community kitchen and oven until we were checking out. The king size bed is great but very firm.

More complimentary lobby food/drink service would be great.

The hot tub hours were too limited—closed at 8:00. The restaurant also closed the kitchen at 8:00 on a Friday night. Seems like a missed opportunity.

Didn't have breakfast. Enjoyed hiking around property.

Very nice 1 bedroom unit with full kitchen. bbq on patio. nice view of golf course.

Too much still closed at resort . you pay for resort amenities not available.

Ac/heating unit was very noisy, turned off at night to sleep. Refrigerator was also noisy

The location was nice, the apartment nice and roomy.

Parking was close to our room and check in staff were helpful. I loved having the kitchen and sw karate bedroom.
