Hotel Vance has a convenient central location with a nice bar/restaurant and Starbucks you can access through the lobby. It's simple but very clean. The trash was taken out and water/coffee supplies restocked daily. It's a good value overall.

I've stayed here twice this year and the beds are not my favorite. They're too firm.

Parking garage lead straight to lobby of hotel

Unfortunately I picked this hotel thinking it would not be located in an area swarming with homeless people and they were everywhere. We heard sirens and people outside all night.
