Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was substantial, with eggs, sausage, and biscuits in addition to usual selection of breads and the ubiquitous waffle maker. Room was clean and tidy when I checked in. Bed was quite comfortable. Coffee was available anytime in the lobby from a 'made to order' machine.
Facility is tired and needs to be refurbished. Spa wasn't available and workout room was minimal, with some equipment removed from my previous stay. Although clean and tidy, the room felt well used, with chipped edges and lots of signs of wear. One of the drawers was broken. Parking was a bit iffy as well.

Rooms were clean. Staff was professional.
They ran out of regular coffee for the rooms. No Diet sodas available in vending machines or market.

It met the needs, a place to shower and sleep. Free parking and plenty of space to park. Very close to food, coffee, and shopping options. I84 and I205 are easy to get on from the facility. The breakfast was a grab and go which was fine. The coffee machine was not user friendly, but other coffee options are near the place.
Dark hallways and rooms could be updated. Parking lot had some interesting people and vehicles which kept me on my toes while outside walking my dog. Parking had lighting, but homeless people are in the area so be aware of your surroundings. I didn't have any issues or concerns with any of the homeless folks, other than being asked for money. But, its Portland and that will happen to you pretty much everywhere in Portland and the surrounding areas.
