Asked for Room service, they never came up to clean the room, restaurant food quality for the price point was terrible, spa rates? Insane
Charge guests for everything extra, like cmon I?m already paying $--- per night let the people live! Bellpine Restaurant was extremely disappointing, mini portions for Valentine?s Day dinner, felt ripped off paid almost --- dollars left hungry.
