- Staff was very accommodating.
Cons -
- We booked a room for 3 Days.But our room never been cleaned till we left! We even had to ask the front desk for soap and shampoo, because not only was the room not cleaned, but even the supplies that should be provided were not replenished!
- They gave us no towels to shower or dry our hands with, bathroom door wouldn¿t shut, No screen on the bathroom window, ants, the bathroom counter separate from the wall and our room keys wouldn¿t open our door we had to get a staff member to let us in
- Yes, staff had lack of experience and did not communicate to us that our reservation isn¿t available. He split my family into two room that were far from each other Poor quality breakfast, and this isn¿t a hotel it¿s actually a motel! Not happy with
