- Location
- The Staff. Specifically the gal that was working early in the morning by herself. She has a yellow car. She was AMAZING at customer service. Probably the best customer service I have received in awhile. She was super friendly and really helpful.

- The shower was small for tall people and the bath room can use a little more cleaning
- We were one of two rooms on that entire wing that were occupied. Checked in fairly late and the door to that wing was propped open so didn't have to use card to unlock the door - didn't really feel safe.
