The beds were comfortable the staff was very friendly the room where clean the food was great and thr coffee was really excellent 👌

The tv really sucked it kept glitching and couldn't understand what people where saying at all.

Clean and very affordable. Great breakfast as well.

Dirty, smelled badly, could hear running water constantly in our room, and temperature control was impossible.

Very nice hotel it'd kind of tucked away from the main road and the sign kind of blends in so you have to pay attention when driving.

Breakfast

The shower and the tile. The shower required experiments to find hot water. It only came on after switching it to the cold side. The drain plug wasn't working, a piece came off. Tile looked dirty, might just be stains through.

Hotel employee was great with her customer service.

The hot tub had way too much chlorine causing eyes to burn. The outdoor pool was freezing. The room smelled like cigarettes and then when we moved rooms next door, that room smelled like cigarettes too.

Great breakfast and great restaurant right across the parking lot. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Room door did not completely shut and lock automatically. Room 304.

I loved the breakfast buffet and the room was pretty nice. I also enjoyed that they give you quality soaps.

I wish the pool had been heated a little bit. The water was like swimming in ice cubes.

There was mold growing in the bathroom. The rooms were dirty when we checked in. The hot tub caused everyone to break out in rashes.

We were welcomed and the attendant even helped me figure out how to do some quick laundry. she was so great! felt like we had a Mom in Newberg!

Location

The first room we had smelled like smoke and the carpet was pretty gross. So they switched us to the Handicap room which had broken blinds and we didn¿t have any sunlight. No housekeeping while we were there either.

Breakfast was lacking. Had to wait for eggs and then they were cold

The staff only

WIFI did not work at all. Tried calling Location is horrible, facilities are not great and the price is outrageous for what you get. The listing said there was a pool, but it was not open on a 90 degree day. Overall not worth it.

The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Great location for our needs.

We arrived at 4 pm. Due to a staffing shortage, our room was not ready. Desk rep said 20-30 minutes. It was more like 45 minutes, and he did not alert me it was ready. I finally asked and he said yes it was ready. No apology for wait. No breakfast to go

The people were the best. They were super nice and accommodating. Keep them, they are the best part of your hotel at the moment.

The Spa was broken. The lights in bathroom did not work. Therefore I had to use the restroom with the door open. The TVs were horrendous. They were old and really slow. I had to call the front desk for help.

Did not require masks as per Covid mandate. Workers were masked but most guests were not.

My daughter found a bottle of vodka in the room. Makes me wonder just how well the room was cleaned.

We were there for a girls softball effect. The young man at check in was great. The next morning the gentleman stocking breakfast was also so friendly explained everything and just really made us feel welcome. Thank you for a job well done!
