Quality Inn Madras

Front desk , house cleaner and maintenance were all great

Price, location, quiet

Bed was noisy to get in and out of.

Location is good and rooms and beds were very nice and comfortable.

The location directly adjacent the main roadway southbound through town made it fairly noisy in the room, but the noise dropped down in the late evening so it did not interrupt my sleep for long.

Friendly staff and helpful when needed. Location was perfect. Out of all the affordable hotels this is the best one.

Carpets are discussing. They need to be cleaned. Also when I went to go eat almost all hot food gone. As I was making a waffle they finally came in and started putting more hot food out. I was surprised they only put out 4 biscuits. Replenish more often!

It was so affordable and so nice and clean and well appointed for the price. It had a great breakfast.

They were fantastic and let us check into our room a bit early, which was so helpful. The room was very nice, big, and clean!

They issued me a room key to a occupied room even after they saw it was a occupied room. Very embarrassing for me to walk in on someone and probably even more so to that guest. When they gave me my room the security door latch did not secure the door.

The staff breakfast

Had to change rooms 3 times tv didn?t work in the first 2

The breakfast was delightful and the room carpets were very clean.

The bathroom fan did not work.

The staff was friendly and helpful

There was mold in the shower and the water went between freezing cold and very hot. There was a large gap between the floor ound the door leading outside letting in flies, noise, and light.

The people who hang out in the middle of the night outside in the parking lot and up on the second floor balcony. Homeless folks talking, screaming, yelling all night long.

The bed was comfortable

The road noise was terrible. I could hear conversations that people were having by the pool.

The hotel needs an upgrade, everything was old and some of the things like door, bathtub, and the entire bathroom needs a repair.

Clean, comfortable room, kind staff while being super busy. The location was easy to get to and park truck with uHaul trailer. Breakfast was bountiful with lots to choose from. Easy in and out for quick road trip.

Last minute needed a place to sleep, cheap and clean thank u

Staff was friendly. Breakfast as expected. No Decaf, but had hot chocolate.

Room was a handicapped room. Cold--heat was not on when we entered, took several hours before room temperature was achieved. Door frame was so poor you could see light coming through the edge. Bathroom floor never heated to comfortable. bath lighting poor

Great staff, good location

The phone was malfunctioning and making noises in the night

The shower room wash excellent the shower was great and relax . The girl from the desk was very nice and everything started there thank you.

Room was clean and quiet.

No light could be left on (like the bathroom) so we didn't keep running into things when getting up during the night. Most of them were too bright and the bathroom light automatically turned on the noisy fan. Also, bed was a bit firm for me.

Convenient, friendly staff

Limited breakfest, and shortage of food
