No privacy at front entrance bedroom window (window coverings) to allow air flow ventilation from front bedroom to balcony.

The simple decor and so close to the beach!

Breakfast was ok to good but I would have liked more options. Butter for the bagel and just toast. Also no decaf in the room or in the breakfast I had to ask for it and brew it in my room. There was no direction on quantity to make the decaf so I guessed.

My favorite thing about this hotel is the location -- close to everything, but enough off the main highway that there was no car traffic and little foot traffic.

Bring your own coffee. The coffee they supply is barely drinkable.

The bed was super comfortable I weigh about 180 and it dealt like a dream:) Also great staff the heater was not working properly and the staff came down and gave me a awesome little heater that heated the room in less than 5 minutes¿ The view was great.

The only thing I didn¿t like was the heater didn¿t work but the staff gave us a heater. Everything was great.

Location is great

Our room had been flooded by a leak in the bathroom so the carpet was soaked. We searched for 30 minutes to find someone at the front desk, he magically appeared from somewhere. After the run around they had no vacant replacement rooms.

found beer cans in room, keys didn't work, no breakfast like it said , got accused of smoking on deck when it wasn't us we don't smoke. Had another guest walk in our room, asked for a new king blanket and received a twin, toilet was clogged on arrival

Beautiful views and large rooms.

Breakfast was very simple.

The Staff made our experience so special and the room was beautiful and very welcoming.

The only way it could have been better but wouldn't keep us from coming back would be if the had a Jacuzzi.

The ocean was right outside our room. Great watching the ocean and sunsets.

Their pool was down for maintenance,all they could offer was free movies or swimming in town. There was no information about the pool being down when I booked. The pool was on of the reasons I choose this hotel.Would have expected a discount.

The overall quality of the room and furniture was very good. The view is AMAZING! The wifi is free and fast and the breakfast was just fine (bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc) We only stayed one night, but will be back for sure!

Loved the location ... all rooms face right onto the beach with high-quality glass storm doors for a great view without wind or rain getting in. Staff were friendly.

I wish the pipes were as well insulated as the storm doors, but the pipes were noisy; we knew when other guests used the plumbing. Breakfast was adequate, not great, especially for those who can't eat dairy or sugar. Room needs more electric outlets.

Location is perfect!

Didn't have an elevator to our room downstairs and they were unable to accommodate our relocation request. Difficult if you have bad knees or ankles and they don't tell you this at booking.

The room appointments: kitchen w/plates, bowls, eating utensils, dish drainer, dish washing soap, microwave, 2-burner electric range, glass-wear & paper towels. The two propane gas grills outside were a surprise and one was used to prepare dinner.

We would have enjoyed a bit more options for breakfast each morning.

The hotel was great. We had a fireplace suite with a separate bedroom. The room was decorated nicely, and had a kitchenette. You can open the slider and hear the waves crashing. The hotel also has access down to beach.

Nice and clean, well maintained thank you !! Friendly staff. Nice view. We did not hang around but for the two nights and mornings. The days we were off doing other traveling. The wife did like the bed and that's a BIG + :) We will be back.

The website description fit exactly what we got: a decently priced room with ocean view and just "walk down the steps" access to the beach. Room was very clean; front desk staff were friendly and it was a quieter, smaller hotel.

We got a king bed w/ocean view room, but it must have been one of their smallest -definitely tight between bed-tv cabinet. Also, through our wall: definitely could hear the ice machine going various times of day. No warning about stairs only...

On the beach.balcony.full sized coffee pot...very friendly and helpful staff

My only suggestion is cut down the bushes in front of the balcony so there is a full view of the ocean.

Breakfast and pool room could use a little help
