Parking was limited and encountered an aggressive customer because of said parking.

The lock didn't work! The room smelled awful & was filthy! Not enough towels! Trash in the room!

The location was great.

Hot water continuously ran in the tub, so the bathroom was always steamy. The floor next to the in-room jacuzzi had been wet so much that the tiles were completely loose. The floor at the end of the bed was rotting and soft.

A big window in the hotel was the only nice thing.

The floor was cracked all over the place side of the tub was cracked all over the place. All the furniture was dinged up and scratch there was coffee, but no coffee maker. The place was nasty..

Leaving

The carpet was stained, bathroom lights didn't work ,mini fridge wasn't very cold, t.v. fell off the wall, nothing would stay plugged into the wall sockets, windows would only open up 3 inch and no screens. Ice machines were broken.

The view

No phone service in the rooms. Nobody came by to see if we needed anything such as towels or toiletries. Did not even try to clean the rooms for our free day stay.

The Staff was great, and the view out of the hazy windows was also great.

The room was dirty, a Coffee pod was still in the coffee maker, coffee stains on the bedside tables, the toilet ran and barely flushed.

Location was very convenient. The kitchenette and two bathrooms was nice.

Room was not clean. On arrival one bathroom had urine and toilet paper in toilet. Other had fece on toilet seat. Dirty towel was hanging in closet. Ice bucket had dirty bag and melted ice water in it. Disappointing and gross.

The view was wonderful

The room we received was in horrible condition and was very dirty. The floor was buckled and peeling, black mold around the bathroom, locks on windows were either missing or didn't work. No AC, there was hair on the sheets, the bathroom was dirty !

There was a lot of things that were rusty or worn in the room (curtain rods, baseboards/trim, etc). It was fairly off-putting.

The location was great and the staff were friendly and pleasant.

Our sheets were dirty and obviously had not been changed. When we informed the office, we were given a clean set to change ourselves. Our bathroom had dirt and sand along the baseboards and there was a long, dark hair in our tub--we both have short hair.

The room we originally got sucked,made you feel like you were in someone's old basement.The night stands were bad shape, needed to be put in trash. The bed was done,no springs left.... Terrible...

Could hear the neighbors talking, no view

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I think they'll be great owners, though they seemed new. Hopefully, they'll work out all of the kinks. Pet friendly for a nightly fee. Free parking.

Felt like they just bought from an owner who hadn't maintained. Pool had large paint chips gone from bottom and sides. some hot tub jets didn't work. Price was high considering level of other places at that price point in Lincoln City.

The view of the ocean was very nice.

The dead bolt did not lock. There were bugs runny on the floor and we had to wait until 8am the following morning due to no night office person. We were told no refunds or money off for the stay and they would fumigate.

The Ocean View once they charged me another $---- per night to get a ocean view room. For a total of $---- per night you can stay at the best hotel on the ocean in Lincoln City not this MOTEL with DIRTY ROOMS. No Refund so I had no choice but

They have rooms with NO ocean view and when I realized that I was duped I wanted to upgrade and my choices where loose all my $--- a night or pay another $---- a night to get a ocean view. I should have just walked away. Front desk lady not ni
