Spacious,clean,and quiet

Their breakfast food was warm and decent.

The staff is unavailable when check-in, needed to call front desk and to get an answer we had to use our cellphone. Toilets are too short and bloody toilet paper is behind the door. No nightlight in the bathroom.

They said they allow dogs and they don't. What a complete mess!!!

We had to drive back to Klamath Falls an hour in the opposite direction!

Breakfast was good. Freshly made and well stocked.

Fridge was turned off when we arrived and toilet was disconnected in the tank. Several dead flies in the room. Water was tea colored and staff was a bit rude when explaining that is just how the water is in that town.

We were so please with the motel , the young girl at the front desk was amazing , helpful attentive and kind The room was perfect, it had everything you needed and more I would definitely stay here again. Looks like a sweet little town

Very comfortable and easy to find. I slept very well.

Housekeeping woke us up at 8 AM. To be sure, I had not placed the door-hanger "do not disturb" sign out as I guess I should have - but that was a LOT earlier than I wanted to get up.

Friendly staff, location close to event

Advise that tub can be extremely slippery. My husband almost fell while showering. Later placed non slip mat in tub. May need to place non slip stickers in tub.

It was clean. This is during Covid so sanitized takes on a whole new meaning.

Office was closed at night. No coffee or cream in room...except awful packs of it. That's really unacceptable anymore.

The beds were comfortable.

The space between the bed and the wall was just small enough for my 4year old to slide down, but not wide enough if I needed to help him out (not that I needed to).

Excellent bed. Very good shower. pretty quiet. Good TV.

Poor parking. Noisy toilet. Confusing door handle opened up instead of down.

Breakfast was very good.

Hot tub was not warm at all. Staff didn't seem too concerned to fix it.

Our room was spacious, modern and clean. All relieving after a long drive. We liked the location and that they offer breakfast and have an indoor pool, but we arrived late and didn't get to use it so that was a bummer. I'm assuming it's nice too?

The staff (in calling ahead to let them know we'd be arriving late and then checking in) were both really rude and a big turnoff for us! We were also irritated because our alarm went off at 6 a.m. and housekeeping knocked 2 hours before checkout. Unhappy.

Fresh remote & blankets (sanitized ) free wifi, free breakfast, free snack & water in room. Very,very clean and in good condition. Really went out of there way to ensure your stay is pleasant. After our boys played a hard game of varsity football they

Kind enough to let the boys sit in the hot tub after hours to soothe sore muscle. Really appreciatted the kindness and flexibility.

Employee at the front desk was very helpful! Breakfast in the morning was wonderful for our whole family.
