It is a family-ran motel and one can feel their heart into the the place. Fantastic renovation and delicious breakfast! Felt almost like a B&B. Great central location.
Not much is said about the wonderful breakfasts that accompany booking a room at the Timbers.
Great location. I like that it is a smaller property. . Nice beer/wine option in the lobby in the evening. Nice to have continental breakfast as well. Love the retro feel. Very clean.

Cons -

Once in a downstairs queen-sized room one could hear footsteps above. Therefore, a second-floor room is probably much to be preferred.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. They upgraded our room with no charge. They also help our bags for us 5hours after checking out so we could explore downtown. We came back to wait for our uber and they still treated us as guests.
