The Columbia Gorge Inn is located in the spectacular Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area. The motel is just 45 miles east of Portland, Oregon. For the outdoor enthusiast, the area offers hiking, climbing, biking, whitewater rafting, windsurfing, kayaking and salmon, steelhead and sturgeon fishing. In winter there is great local downhill skiing, snowshoeing and cross country skiing.

Cons -

Ironing board, but no iron. No kleenex. Coffee maker, but no coffee cups. A Few Bugs. Just overall felt dingy.
The hotel was not what was expected. The room smelled, the carpets were stained, the bed was set unusually high, the entry door to the room had slats/vent in it -could hear everything outside, the window had no screen and the toilet was inside the shower.
Stains on shams, toilet seat all beat up, gross coffee maker

The price
