AC Hotel Portland Beaverton

Clean & quiet. Liked the shower bottles. Print was easy to read. In most hotels it's hard to tell which is shampoo, etc. The place looked brand new.

Shower faucets were hard to figure out.

The staff was excellent met our needs Special shout out to Alex and Haylee they were awe6

Cleanliness, helpful staff

Cleaning staff was yelling in the hallways in the morning. We wanted to sleep in a few days on our vacation but couldn¿t.

Our room was next to a room that was having a party. We had to call twice to complain but it kept us up very late.

The hotel has 5¿ in cleanliness, hotel staff, and convenience. The pool is not huge, but very clean. This is an excellent place to stay for business or with a family.

The hotel has a slick, modern look. The beds were super comfortable. The location is great, too.

We had a 3-night stay. They never came in to change our towels or give us more coffee (when we arrived, there was only coffee service for one). On my last night I went down to get towels, and they told me they don't change linens for multi-night stays.

NO hot tub, couldnt figure out how to turn on the bathroom fan, a/c didnt work very well

Staff was professional friendly, whole hotel was extremely nice and clean. We used pool and work out room that were superb but have to say "showr" was the best I had used in any hotel.

If I had to day anything, I would have liked the pool a little more had the heat in it been turned up a little more

The AC/heater wasn¿t working, the room was very hot. Luckily they fixed it. The shower temperature handle was broken off and on the bathroom counter. I let them come in while I was out and they never fixed it. We couldn¿t use the shower.

Staff were friendly, courteous & accommodating. The breakfast staff were outstanding.

The hotel was very isolated nothing nearbyThe rooms were noisy could hear noise from room above the hydration station water was cloudy so couldn’t drink breakfast was poor the swimming pool Was very disappointing the only positive the hotel was spotlessly clean

It’s kind of new, and very clean, comfort.

Nice building, it has a nice lobby, good breakfast area, and it has a convenient fitness room there too.

Super nice location super private style hotel i know the other review person said noise but who cares its a hotel its ok but me personaly very light noise no bother.

The aesthetic feel in the lobby is amazing . Clean facility. Excellent breakfast and service. Cozy room and lighting.

Bed too firm. No trash provided in bathroom.

Clean and decor is nice

Price is way over the top extreme. $400 a night!?!! And if you want breakfast thats an extra $15 per person. Never again. In room ac was so loud i had to keep it off which meant too warm all night. Room 214. Ac needs help. 212 also. I like this hotel a lot but wont pay that price again. Also on booking.com booked one king room and one double queen room and both were 2 queen beds but whatever.
