Quite modern, comfortable mattress. Nice temperature control. Quite good breakfast and tasty coffee.

Pillows not soft enough. Not close to any good restaurant in evening.

Motion sensor light in bathroom is awful. It can time out while you are in the shower which is a safety hazard. They should install a nightlight and/or a regular switch.

New features and modern look. Great breakfast too.

Room was somewhat dirty

Customer Service from the staff was excellent. Great modern and clean look. There were more than ample electric sockets in the lobby to do work. I especially like the hot cooked breakfasts and my daughter enjoyed the social nights in the lobby.

Yes, the incidental charge that they place on your credit card is inconsistent with what I was being told. First stay $50; second stay $139; third stay $83; fourth stay $173.88. All within 2 weeks stay.

They kept putting me in a disabled room though I am not disabled. They didn¿t seem to have a kingsize room available. It was always an upgrade though (they would tell me) so I was okay with it since they said it wouldn¿t be used anyway.

I enjoyed my stay a lot. Staff was excellent, the rooms comfortable and the breakfast was very good. I had fun riding one of the loaner bikes around. Definitely staying here again.

Large room and in room small kitchen

Pool was indoors and was stuffy it would have been better if u could get a little fresh air.

Liked Everything. Only wished my stay was longer, didn't have time to hoist a few shots on the new half-court basketball court. Its a property where instead of being homesick I wished I was home.

The only real downside, (and it's a large one) is that it's going to be really difficult to stay anywhere else going forward.

Really nice touches in the kitchenette, actually has some plates and utensils and filtered drinking water! The pool was refreshing but it's really small! There is a nice little path and daylighter stream for a short walk behind the hotel. Very clean throughout.

The bed was ok in terms of comfort. The breakfast is super spread out so its a bit odd to locate where the food is.

-New, bright, and modern hotel with an efficient, eco-minimalist design.-Well-equipped room with a microwave and a complete kitchen set, which was very convenient.-Indoor pool and gym available (nice amenities, even though we didn’t get to use them).-Prompt response from staff after the mirror incident — the issue was taken seriously, inspected immediately, and we were transferred to another room without delay.-Thoughtful gesture from the front desk offering wine, which we appreciated regardless of whether it was related to the incident or our anniversary.-Very good breakfast selection with good food quality overall.-Excellent location, very close to my office, Nike campus, and nearby amenities — a big plus for work travel.-Would be open to recommending this hotel to colleagues due to convenience and overall value.

-Safety concern at room check-in: the bathroom mirror was already wobbly and suddenly collapsed and shattered. It appeared to be glued rather than properly mounted, which could have caused serious injury.-While handled well afterward, this raises concerns about installation quality and inspection, especially in a new property.-Refrigerator did not function properly — even when set to the highest cooling setting, it did not seem to cool at all.-Breakfast service inconsistency: the cook was not very friendly and communication was unclear.-There was confusion and resistance regarding a simple egg request, with repeated mentions of “limits” despite breakfast still being within service hours.-The situation felt unnecessarily frustrating and came across as avoidable with better service attitude (esp. for the cook).

Everything was great: the location — in the heart of Beaverton and close to Portland; the room was quite spacious and warm; the breakfast; the complimentary wine and beer with cheese and olives in the evening; a very nice fitness room with everything you need for a full-body workout; and a pool for those who enjoy swimming.

The staff was so nice & attentive to us. The tea bar, the week that we went they gave free beer & wine, we didn’t get to take advantage of that. But I thought it was pretty sweet.

Location was good for what we needed- though it’s basically in a parking lot with other businesses they did a fair job with site amenities to provide a patio experience. Clean and beds were comfortable.

Our room was on main floor which allowed people to look down into our room from the parking area- not great but there were good blinds. For the price a little disappointing. We were told there was espresso in the lobby, but it was broken our entire stay. Also the $50 per fee seems excessive for our small well behaved dog. Security is understandable, but the lobby was freezing so it would have been nice if door to patio was unlocked during breakfast hours- many people struggled to carry dishes and have to use key card every time to go back and forth.

The room was clean, breakfast was testy, at the entrance it was a coffee and tea for free, it was comfortable

I sent a message in the morning that I would come late to check in, and nobody answered this.

The bathtub mixer fell with great water pressure on my son's foot

Not good

Literally need new pillows. They need to upgrade their staff kindness because the breakfast people were a little rude to the Hispanic people and the front desk. People were a little rude to. They need to clean a little better, solid pepper head dust on it and we stayed queen.
