Location.

No hand lotion provided. Breakfast bar not included. Found the clock alarm behind a table. Coffee maker still had grounds in it. Couldn't get the shampoo dispenser to work

Staff was nice and the bed was comfortable.

Very well priced for the comfort and accommodations. Also very well located for easy access to downtown and the freeway connections.

Location and price. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Check in was disorganized. Internet was down (not faulting that, it happens), didn¿t get any information about breakfast and had to track down the internet password.

*8 charges =$527.08, 1 night stay. Multiple calls and many hours,3 days later,still 5 charges remain, $298.08 over! * Mgr blames issues on Choice Hotel systems * Bathroom dirty, slime in tub,painted fingernail in corner dirt * Advertised breakfast,FAL

It was quiet towards the back of the hotel. Staff were nice. Parking was good.

Toilet kept running off and on. TV was really snowy and hard to watch. No breakfast offered.

The water pressure in the shower was great and the rooms were very clean!

The front desk said they do not provide Continental breakfast and that was one of the reasons we selected this motel.

Hotel didnt honor my reservation. Bad attitude behind the desk Im not going to argue at 9pm after a 13 hour day, walked out and drove to another property.

Condition of the bathroom is poorly maintained. It could have some upgrading done to clean up the dingy/dirty appearance.

Staff was superb (sp?), very attentive, quickly provided additional supplies as needed. They also, very quickly, responded to a mess I made, to clean it up. I dropped a bottle of wine, just outside our room door, & they were on it immediately

bed could have been more comfortable. Towels & toiletries could be better quality.

This was just the cheapest of the lit for Baker City Washington, after a grilling 7 hour trip with that to look forward to the next day to get home to my own bed.

Yes, the staff was rude and surly, and then even ruder when asked about the continental breakfast? The last place we at least had coffee in the lobby and a sack with muffin, fruit and juice!!

Room was very clean Updated bath. Very comfy beds and pillows

- No Breakfast as promised - no control knobs on ac/heater - sleeping area dated (peeling wall paper, hole in wall, worn carpet etc) - Person who checked my in was indifferent. Could not even recommend a restaurant to eat at. "I don't get downtown much

Need to be more then a 2.5 . Easy to find ,clean, and very quiet.

Easy to get to. Good breakfast.

The toilet got plugged up. Had to wait until the next day to get a plunger. The shower curtain allowed water to get through, making a puddle on the floor.
