The service was great! The girl that checked us in was so sweet and helpful.

The TV didn't work, but it's Direct TV and the storm caused it to lose signal. No fault of the hotel.

Im mad because i made reservstions well in advance and upon arrival was greeted with a closed for renovation sign. Notvwhat i wanted to see after driving 7 hrs through the eorst possible snow storm. Now i had to go find something else that was dog ftiendl

Staff very helpful and friendly. The price is right. Probably the lowest price around.

Facility is very old and needs a major refurbishment.

3rd time staying here. It's cute, clean and quiet. Heater works well and the faucets are cool.

The only thing I can think of is the pet fee but even that isn't a big deal and I get why they have to charge it.

Had no remote to watch Tv. Front desk clerk brought one but it never worked.

Room smelled like cigarettes. Air conditioning did not work. Carpet was filthy. Workers were in the roof right above my room at 7:00 a.m. using power tools. Ceiling leaked a significant amount of water onto the floor and all over my personal possessions.

Safety hazards: mattress off frame; I bumped the end of the metal bed frame, but there was no one to tell because there is no one from 12am to 9am. Noisy semitruck park out, lock of towels, dirty looking carpets, leaking faucets. crappy coffee, soap, etc.

The bed was super comfortable! It was also really close to pretty much everything!

It said it had a pool....it did but it was completely destroyed and under construction. It also said continental breakfast which was a selling point for us. But it was canceled.

Convenient to I-84 and center of town. It’s an older property but well maintained. Has a Western/Southwest theme which gives it more character and charm than the usual chain “McInns.” Very good price for excellent value.

We’d requested a downstairs room. Which was great. But think the kid(s) above us has too many energy drinks! He(they) ran around most of night!

The staff was very nice and helpful, the continental breakfast was amazing as they had many things to choose from, such as mini waffles, eggs, muffins and several varieties of drinks available. located JUST OFF the freeway was an added surprise.

The room smelled musty like it's been closed up for months. I had to keep door open for a bit to let it air out, but through the night I could smell it once the door was shut. other then that it was nice hotel and would stay there again if needed to.

Had a water leak in bathroom wasn't vacumed very well.

It was clean and tidy. WiFi was great.

The heater was incredibly loud and came in every few minutes no matter what temperature you set it at. It was disruptive to my sleep. The hotel is next to a semi- parking lot so early in the morning you heard very loud trucks idling and taking off.

There was a stale cigarette Oder but staff made up for it, breakfast was better then other hotels in this price range, WiFi didn’t work well but was better then others Thank you!

Convenient, quiet, nearby restaurants, accommodated our small dog, and congenial staff.

Conveniently located just off the freeway. I liked how the room had a brick wall as one of the walls.

Pool was closed. We were searching for a pool. The staff were friendly when they talked to you, but they didnt go out of their way to talk to you.

Cheap price and great breakfast

The ceiling started leaking late at night. When we told the front desk, they had us move to a room with a smaller bed than we paid for. No apology or partial refund was given.

NOTHING. It is disgusting!The floor was filthy, lamp broken, chairs stained, and no safety lock.

It is dirty. There are no safely locks. When I asked for my money back, the owner claims there is nothing wrong with his hotel.
