Pros +
- Location is great.
- Location is great; nice breakfast patio
- Great location and amazingly quiet.
Cons -
- Increase maintenance budget. House cleaner cannot replace caulk around bathtub or paint bottom of bathroom door.
- There was hair and spots and rips and odors and the beds were uncomfortable and nothing matched. I saw an elderly couple struggle with bringing a huge trolly of luggage into the elevator - no bellhop and only one small elevator?!
- While the breakfast was sufficient, it was lacking in protein sources, i.e. eggs, breakfast meats.

Great location!
I wish the hotel provided bottled water in the room and not just the vending machine. Outdoor hot tub was out of commission.
Great surprise. Hotel had an old world, English feel. Beautiful garden view. Furnishings made us smile ¿¿
Location. We go to Ashland at least two or three times a year, and we usually spend most of our time shopping or eating around the plaza or hanging out in Lithia Park. The Plaza is appropriately named as it¿s within walking distance to most of the places
Didn¿t get the room we wanted. I reserved a double-queen room for our family of four. We got a room with one queen and a pull-out sofa. The linens on the pull-out were dirty, and it took forever to get clean ones. The room smelled stale and unclean.
Location in town, close to restaurants.
The beds were not queen size, but full, the AC was broken or didn't work as well - room was a sauna while the hotel lobby and hallways were much cooler, front desk on day we checked-in wasn't welcoming toward us, the parking situation is awful!
The location was great, right off main and close to town.
The blinds are for looks and do not close. On street level with streets lights and people walking by is unacceptable. Lotion bottle provided was half used....gross.when we entered the room it was an icebox, warmer outside. Heat was off, in January.
Staff was warm and welcoming.
Bagged breakfast was disappointing, the gym was closed and I had selected this location because they had a gym.
The room was large and very nice.
The bed and pillows were not extremely comfortable. It could have been cleaner. Parking in the lower garage was terrible. I was in a bottom floor room and could hear people going up and down the stairs and walking above me.
Location to city center, comfy room with balcony and nice view of mountains.
Great location, easily walkable to downtown.
Parking was little bit challenge
Nothing really stood out.
Rude staff. No breakfast even though itâ≢s paid for and listed in the offer. Ac was running but with no effect. Super dirty all around. Stains and hair on pillows. Broken hair dryer. Old tv with missing channels.
It was within walking distance of theatres, lovely park, restaurants, and coffee shops. There was space for our car. It was elegant and quiet.
My family really liked the two snack times. And the room was very comfortable.
The hot tub was warm and not hot.
Close to the center of town. the staff were lovely and incredibly helpful.
The room that I ended up in, after asking to leave the first one I was assigned, was ugly, a small window, poorly furnished, and less than unremarkable. It was as if the annex building I was consigned to was an afterthought. Much better places in town!
location was great, staff was great, good breakfast and late night cookies!
Location, staff
Location
Because the hotel is still observing strict COVID protocols, we had to wait in line at the front desk for every little thing.
The location was very convenient to walk around town.
My pillow was a little hard.
