location,views,pool, dog friendly. It checked all the boxes.

Very peaceful. Very comfortable bed. Love the breakfast. Love the scenery.

The pet area was a great amenity. The breakfast was good and the rooms were large and well furnished. Definitely a great price for the value!

Front desk clerk was lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was very good. Room was clean and comfortable.

This Hotel looks like a Swiss Chalet set in a mountain setting. It had beautiful flowers and birds mingled throughout the property.The inside accommodations. were just fine for us.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The Breakfast was great and the pool was wonderful. Rooms were clean and cozy.

Staff was very nice and helpful. The room was just what we needed, comfy and clean (some trash like empty bottle and cup under the beds though).

Everything worked out really nice. I'm glad I checked if everything was in good conditions because one of the chairs was partly ripped so I was able to avoid an incident fee.

Clean, no road noise, comfy sitting chairs as well as desk, good outlet access, bed comfy

Biggest complaint was barking dog next door. People left it alone early 0630 and barked for about 30 minutes before problem resolved. Also the room was freezing when we arrived, took quite awhile at 90 to heat up . Once it did maintained fine at 70.

Very pet friendly and welcoming. Charging for our electric vehicle.

Great breakfast. Clean. Walking distance to a very good Mexican Restaurant, El Paraiso. Bathroom was clean. Very nice amenities.

The sound of the heater vent. Very loud at night. Kept me up.

This Best Western location is definitely one of the nicest locations I have stayed at. Staff was top notch. The property is a short distance from downtown Ashland, there¿s a tasty restaurant and bar conveniently located next door. Great breakfast layou

Does not offer great parking for trucks and trailers.

I used to always go to Beat Westerns! The night before we stayed in a Best western in Ashland where cable and tv was out. We arrived at this PLUS hotel and the desk clerk looked not all there and just stared at me looking out if it. No hospitality

Marijuana smoke was EVERYWHERE smelled it on people who worked there who were not professional. A homeless person sat outside our door and there were VERY sketchy people in parking lot. Pool and jacuzzi were closed and front desk entry had chain link

Great location and great price. Spacious rooms and exceptionally well appointed and very clean.

Easy access off freeway. Nice well furnished room. Everything was great.

TV reception was pixelated. Not able to watch NBC , ABC or CBS.

There was Ants and Beatles in the room. When I brought it to their attention the maintenance guy wasn¿t around that day so he couldn¿t take care of the bug problem. The main reason we wanted this hotel room was because the pool and spa and it was closed

The exterior is beautiful and there is a lot of extra parking.

The rooms smelled VERY musty. My feet stuck to the carpet in spots. I was warned not to turn the air conditioner too low or "a waterfall" would happen. The first room stunk of mold, so I accepted a downgrade just to have a place to sleep.

The room was extremely clean and smelled wonderful. The location was perfect. Staff were nice and attentive. Above our expectations.

Hot tub was Luke warm which I didn¿t like

It was clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good as well. Eggs, bacon we're hot and yummy
