    Pros +

    • Very charming style and clean. Staff extremely kind. Beds comfortable and great location for our needs.
    • Good location but hotel is a throwback to a past era with most decor seemingly dating back 50 years. Rooms were clean but could use some modernization for the price you pay.
    • Large room. Very clean pool. Great restaurant.

    Cons -

    • Walls seem thin. Sounded like the people above us were stomping when they got up at 5am and baby next door crying was like they were in the room with us. I know the hotel can't control how loud people are.
    • Higher priced than it should be
    • Front desk check-in staff was a little short with me.

Excellent hotel with big rooms, clean, breakfast in the morning

    room service from the cafe

sound on the tv didn't work. staff seems over worked and under appreciated by the management.

This might have been nice 30 years ago. It wasn¿t a bad experience, but there have to be more modern accommodations nearby for the same price or less. The advertised breakfast was some bananas, hard boiled eggs, and dry cereal.

The renovation of the hotel was great. I loved the colors and the 70's vibe.

I wished there was more elevators and larger elevators; I also wished there were USB ports to plug in devices

Staff, pool and breakfast were all great

AC in the room was loud when off, going tick tick tick

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-26-2021

Great staff and location. I really like the included breakfast and love the Luna Lounge.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 4-19-2021

Great dog walking area and good menu at the Luna. The room was quiet and convenient to our travel.

The cabinet for the refrigerator was broken.

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 4-14-2021

loved the grounds and the look and feel of the lobby and the room

    10SaraPosted on: 3-31-2021

Beautiful hotel. Gorgeous setting. Lots of amenities that we did not use in our short stay but would definitely bring me back. Super clean with lots of Covid precautions in place. Comfortable beds.

    Nope. Everything was great.

Lovely common areas under normal circumstances, good breakfast, location

the pool was closed. The room was very noisy facing parking lot and main highway, be sure to ask for a room away from that.

    10JosephPosted on: 8-30-2020

Convenient location to the freeway and town. Very comfortable, large and clean rooms.Fantastic grounds. Great food at the Luna cafe. Lots of parking.

They need to put microwave ovens in each room.

Clean and comfortable room and bed wonderful and sheets and comforter. Breakfast very tasty . We have stayed here 4-5 times and like it very much!

    Internet did not work

We have now stayed at this hotel three different times since it is a nice stopover off of I-5 on our drive to California every few years. We love the design and style of the building and decor, the room size, the cleanliness, and the in-hotel restaurant

The people working the front desk throughout our stay were helpful but a bit cold and unwelcoming

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 8-22-2019

Hotel close to local amenities. The breakfast is self-serve with many delicious options. Great for families or someone traveling on a tight schedule who can grab a quick bite to eat in the morning. Staff very accommodating, friendly, and helpful.

Room air conditioner a little loud and annoying.

    10WendyPosted on: 8-2-2019

Very comfortable, clean hotel. Wonderful staff. We really enjoyed the pool.

They do have a breakfast included, but it was rather crowded, so I did not get to really check it out. We tried to have breakfast at the café, but they are only open on weekends. That is really my only complaint. Great stay.

    6Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-30-2019

The location was great for us. The restaurant was very good.

Our room was not cleaned and when we returned and discovered this all we requested was some towels and were told that we had to come down to the lobby and get the ourselves. I didn't feel this was very good service for the amount of money we were paying.
