Location. Handy to where I needed to go

The manager was not very friendly. She only spoke to the desk clerk. Not me. Also, the $50 pre-charge is still going through. It should be cancelled. My full rate was already charged.

Staff was friendly & accommodating. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable.

It was available, there wasn't too much noise from neighbors, parking was available right next to the room, the room had working climate control.

The clerk was slow to respond on a very windy night to the service window, which is outside. Her speech wasn't clear, due to volume, accent, and mastery of english. I prepaid using the app, but she required another credit card, which took 10 mins more

The check-in staff was helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The color scheme was interesting, bit that only added to the charm.

They provided both a desk and a table in the room. There is also a nice restaurant very close by (an easy walk across the parking lot).

They are not doing the free breakfast or offering a "grab and go" bag.

The room was in excellent condition. The bed, bedding, towels pillows appliances were in the upper standard/quality.

The clerk at the front desk was the worst. She was condescending. Did not take time to explain features or uniqueness of the hotel. Made an impression that I was an inconvenience for her at the time. Rude when she had to repeat herself through the wall

Was unaware the breakfast wouldn’t be offered, and was not informed of the pet fee until arrival, at which time reservation could not be cancelled so I was required to pay an unanticipated total as well as re-evaluate my travel budget to afford breakfas

Good bed. Hot breakfast. Good location. Getting old but GREAT RATE! Outside ice machine in wheelchair accessible room was noisy. Pool and hot tub with good hours.

The carpet was soaking wet beside ice machine and it is not good to go anywhere in socks or bare feet here.

Affordable rates. Soft, fluffy pillows. Bathroom was nicely tiled and had gorgeous marbled shower and counters.

No bathtub. There was wall damage that had been poorly repaired. The sheets had permanent marker on the upper seams denoting the sheet size. The continental breakfast was pretty scarce, too.

First and foremost the bed was comfortable with a mattress that was both firm and cushy on top. I stayed on a Friday night and it was quiet on site even though less than 100 yards away is a nice restaurant with a pleasant club in back, (The Wild Goose)

Basic. Fine for a quick stay.

To close to a noisy restaurant and outdoor bar. Lousy nights sleep.

it was a non smoking room that smelled like tobacco product. . the rooms didn't smell clean either.

Clean & quiet. Next door to a good waffle breakfast place.

Bed was comfortable and room clean.

Hotel exterior very dated. Breakfast in foyer of tiny lobby. Male front desk attendant would walk around and stare (leering is more like it) at guests, very creepy.

Very clean room. Helpful staff.

The area was a little sketchy and some fellow motel-mates were a little off-putting (staring out windows, sitting in cars in sketch ways, etc.)

The rooms were relatively clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was bright and updated.

The rooms were rather old/dim and in need of new paint/lights/updating. Some paint/cosmetic damage to the walls. The AC had a hard time keeping up with the heat wave.

It was quiet and the bed alright
