Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Ashland By IHG

Kept very clean and modern, completely nice place to stay.

The hotel is RIGHT next to the I5, you hear trucks and cars every second and the hotel you can feel the vibration of the semis on the highway. I was a room facing the interstate. Everything else was great!

Clean, friendly, everything in working order

The room was fine. I did choose a room with one bed and was given two.

It was very hard to get a hold of anyone at the front desk. Each time I tried to reach someone; the recording would say that extension was not available. VERY FRUSTRAITING

This was one of the nicest and cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The rooms were perfect for my family!

The hotel was great. Unfortunately with the fog and location, there was a smell of diesel in the air from the highway. That was my only complaint.

Noisy room above us. While person in bathtub, tub floor squeaky/crunchy sound when people move in it.

Facility was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room and bed extremely comfortable. I was so happy when I arrived. It exceeded my expectations

I would have liked the pool and hot tub to be open 24 hours. However I understand that may not be possible due to safety reasons.

It was clean and the staff were very polite. The breakfast was filling and there were diverse options.

The water pressure in the shower was not great, but at least the water was hot.

East access on and off freeway. Mexican restaurant next door was amazing. Loved the continental breakfast, hot tube and staff was fantastic

What a fabulous staff! They made everyone feel welcome. The room was spacious and the new mattress was perfect. Easy access to Hwy 5 and to downtown Ashland. Already been recommending it to family and friends.

Indoor pool and spa. Breakfast was great.

They didn't replenish our towels even after asking housekeeping in the hallway.

Entrance is a bit hidden, but met the standard expectations of the corporate brand

I booked a room for a relative, and made the mistake of using my name and not relatives name, i had to show up in person to sign a "permission slip" Front desk did tolerate my surly attitude

Very clean and nice facilities. Staff let me do a late checkout. Pool and hot tub were nice. Above average hot breakfast.

No waffle maker. Hot tub could be hotter. Pool was cold.

This place is clean and the rooms seem pretty new still. The ceilings are high so you get a very spacious living space.

The location is close to the freeway so there is a bit of noise. Also the pool was not heated when we tried it (very cold).
