The front desk employee was helpful and caring.

The air conditioning unit was not cleaned so it blew out dust and black dust

The only thing that stood out were the 2 ladies at the front desk and the one Housekeeper Rachel. The other thing I liked was the fact that the pool had a chair lift for disabled guests

There were multiple issues with service, cleanliness, other guests and safety. Manager Karen said if a bad review was left we would be banned from staying at the location in the future.

Hotel was dirty, not well kept, staff was rude, broken glass in the jacuzzi, breakfast was horrible, room had spit on the walls,and dirty bed bedsheets

The room was clean

My room key didn't work and the remote for the TV didn't work.

The room did not have a chair for the desk; staff member found one in another room for me; the sink leaked; the bahroom door did not close or latch; i reported this the next morning and staff said the room had been remodeled .... badly remodeled

The hotel was overbooked. I paid (months in advance) for a king room with a fold out couch. I was changed to a single queen with a roll away twin bed. We had four adults. This was NOT what I paid for.

Even though it was right by a very busy highway the hotel was quiet. If there was a problem or I needed assistance, I was immediately helped.

This visit was relaxing.

The pool, spa, and. The breakfast.

Walking distance to restauranrestaurants and grocery store.

Shabby vibe, dinged furniture, old cracker on floor, hair in the shower. Stain on bedspread, holes in blanket. Coffeepot unplugged. Etc

I liked the pool.

Never enough towels at the pool. Slower head could use a deep cleaning. Drawers for clothes smelled funny.

Like the location and the cleanliness of everything and everything within walking distance

The bed was hard. There were homeless people wandering outside the door. Garbage truck arrived at approximately 5:30 Am. Dirty towel hang on back of bathroom door. Staff not receptive to issues with room. Over all will never book another room there!

There was also long strands of hair on the bathroom floor

Laundry room available but not really advertised to the customer unless your looking at a map. Laundry room never cleaned Close to everything needed, i.e.gricery store, clothing store, restaurants.

Dirty laundry room, the air dryer doesn't work.

It was close to a city park and a walk around a lake which we took. We only spent a few hours in Albany. The hotel had a letter from the police stating every guest needed to show their identity (license etc). It was off-putting at first but the walk good.

Room was clean and the staff was very kind. I came in very late and when I called they told me no problem.

The staff was very friendly and made sure we were in a room that was quiet and away from the freeway side of the building. It was also clean which is the most important thing we notice when we enter our room.
