A little more clean

Not being able to breathe thanks to whatever cigarette smoke was being pumped into the room, getting I'll after eating their breakfast and having the hotel staff harass and deny me peace and safety. For justice purposes

Friendly, very clean, great breakfast, large room!

Room smelled Walls are paper thin. Could hear family above us way too much.

Had tried to reserve a room on top floor on side away from freeway. Hotel was full so only room was on first floor on freeway side next to parking lot.

Definitely the morning breakfast. Great selection of foods and drinks. Plenty of room to sit and eat.

No, not really. Hotel was clean and located close to all the places we needed to go. Didn't care for the high taxes though. --- bucks for the stay.

Meets IHG standards for being clean and comfortable also staff and breakfast. Location is good

I won¿t stay at this location again. Reasons poor internet, no outside security cameras (my vehicle fuel fill hose was cut to steal Fuel) no hot water at 10:30am Saturday morning for shower.

Staff was very pleasant at check in.

The room furnishings have been updated yet the old, worn carpet was not replaced.

The hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was easy and good. The staff was fantastic and remembered my name the next morning.

It was close to a restaurant which was good and the breakfast was good jimmy dean sandwiches hit the spot

Breakfast wasn¿t as good as most Holliday Inn Express¿. Low variety.

When we would leave we left the air conditioner on. N when we¿d come back in the room there was a very strange smell n the air conditioner would be off. We tried to figure it out but never could make it stay on. N the skunky smell was quite strong at time

Nicely renovated, friendly staff. Perfect night stand with usb and plug in easily accessible. Beautiful bathroom.

There was only two pillows on the bed. Really that¿s minor because there was extras in the closet. Very nice room for the price

The hotel is very clean and the staff were all super friendly and helpful.

I really wanted to use the gym but I tried to go twice in one evening and both times the people using it were not wearing masks. I wish they would schedule times for one party to use the space like the Springfield location did.

The staff was friendly, the pool was open with reservations, and breakfast was acceptable given the COVID-19 changes.

The sound proofing could use work. I was woken in the middle of the night by the person on the floor above walking around their room and then showering (I could hear the water hitting the shower drain). It was unsettling and effected my sleep.

We were misinformed about check in time and arrived early. The staff helped us check in early.

I understand that the breakfast is a bagged item due to Covid but the selections were sub-standard. A little tasteless breakfast burrito and a very small English muffin weren't anything I would feed anyone. The apple breakfast bar and orange juice passed.

Room was filthy. We were given a room with one bed when I specifically booked a two queen room. Very disappointed.
